Trader Joe’s Prosciutto Pizza
When a recipe racks up millions of views on TikTok, there’s only one question that matters: Is it actually worth making. This viral Trader Joe’s Prosciutto Pizza hack has been flooding my feed, with creators claiming it transforms a simple frozen flatbread into a restaurant-quality meal. Naturally, I had to find out for myself.

What makes it special?
Forget about those highly processed frozen pizzas. With a little bit of time and just a few simple ingredients, this recipe turns an everyday pizza into something that looks like it came straight out of a restaurant kitchen. It’s easy enough for a weeknight meal, and so photogenic that the camera always eats first.
Substitution:
This recipe is definitely a carb-lover’s dream, but the good news is that it can be customized to fit different dietary preferences. If you’re following a keto or low-carb lifestyle, you can swap out the traditional crust for a keto-friendly pizza dough. Just keep in mind that the texture and flavor won’t be exactly the same.
Another great option is using Trader Joe’s gluten-free pizza dough. It’s a simple swap that makes this recipe more accessible while still giving you a homemade pizza experience. Whether you stick with the original crust or experiment with alternatives, the best part about this recipe is making it your own and creating a version that fits your lifestyle.
Note:
A great substitute option is using Trader Joe’s Gluten Free dough.
Flatten the dough thinner to get a crispy crust.
